In Houston Saturday around 10 p.m. two residents moving out of an apartment complex on Barker-Cypress north of I-10 were robbed by four males who demanded money, wallets, and cell phones. After the victims complied, one of the robbers shot both victims. One victim was shot multiple times in the chest.

Two suspects returned to the scene after police arrived and were taken into custody.

"Just give them what they want and you won't get hurt."

I don't know this part of Houston, but it doesn't have a bad reputation.

"Just give them what they want and you won't get hurt."

That kind of government advice is why 3/4 of the 9/11 attacks succeeded in reaching their intended targets.

While I'm aware that evil can strike anywhere at anytime I was suprised it happened in this area.

They were in a reasonably public place it was at night but only 10pm. I've never even thought about being robbed while I was moving out of an apartment.

Note four men. As someone has mentioned before a new trend.

And not a terribly bad part of town.

When you think about it, on moving day you tend to be tired and distracted.

OTOH, I suspect this group was just four thugs out looking for trouble, rather then a planned crime.

thank you, unnamed assailants, for returning to the scene and getting nabbed.

outstanding work, now tell us who the other two winners are.
