Detroit Man accidently shoots Niece

Appartently in a dispute about a parking space, a man fired his gun, missed his intended target and accidently shot his niece.

Why pull a gun over a parking space?
Better yet, why argue over a parking space?

It would appear from this sketchy info that the shooter's judgment and shooting skill were similarly deficient.
The article doesn't make clear if this happened before or after the reunion, or whether or not alcohol was involved.
