I can NOT believe this. With California's gun laws, some minor ACTUALLY got hold of a handgun, and shot 3 students!!

How could this tragedy happen? He MUST have been a Palin loving, Republican sympathizing tea party member, cleverly disguised as a young black youth.
Doesn't he KNOW that guns kill people?
WHY? WHY?

Not hard to do if one is shorter than the other and the tall one is behind the shorter one and the second to get hit. Basically, gun hits floor and fires at an upward angle, passes through shoulder of short person first, the on to the taller person behind the first person.

Well, I'm supposin it's one of them hang in the air make a left turn in mid air Kennedy bullets, plus the people musta lined up in a stair-step manner, like we will need to ask criminals to do with crippled-capacity magazines.
Good point on trajectory angles

I guess in my mind I was thinknig of it as the gun going off twice, thats a good point though

Maybe there was a rift in the space-time continuum at that moment.

slow motion bullet and two people walked by when it came up from the floor?
Entire story's report of "facts" is dubious ... what modern handgun does NOT have a drop safety?

It must be a fabricated story. California has one of the highest Brady bunch scores (79 of 100 and the top scorer on the Brady scorecard), so no one except the cops or Hollywood actors can carry guns. The story also said it was in a school and as everyone knows schools are gun free zones. Therefore based on the above, it should be perfectly clear to any reasonable person that the story has to a fake, right?
Oh yeah, I forgot. He was a minor, so he would no have access to firearms.
