Probably the same places they get booze and illegal drugs.
The minimum age for a CHL in Tennessee is 21. They do not have unlicensed car carry or a traveling exception.

Can you play Russian Roulette with a Pistol? Do you need to consume a bottle of Vodka as a condition for playing? How about a fully loaded revolver?

Riddle me this... How can playing "Russian roulette" be ruled "accidental, self-inflicted gunshot wound?" I am not seeing the accident here.... Sad, sad!

What difference does it make? The guy is dead, apparently as a result of his own voluntary actions. The family might feel better if they think it was an accident rather than suicide.
One could argue that if he intended to commit suicide, he would have loaded all the chambers or at least indexed the live round properly.
Then again, he may not have understood how a revolver works. In virtually all revolvers, the chamber at the 10 o'clock position before the hammer is cocked is the next one to fire.
The article also examines other studies on Russian roulette that offer diverging opinions on how to classify victims. One study classified the deaths as accidental, stating that often the victims intended to survive the game, while another study considered it a suicidal act.
Here's the answer to one of Beiruty's questions:
Police said the revolver used in the shooting was reported stolen earlier this month ...

I guess Ron White was wrong. You can fix stupid.
May sound callous, but it's tough to feel 'sorry' for him.
