In Tampa, Florida, in September, a man who reportedly had a history of enforcing etiquette and decorum in his neighborhood allegedly shot a man in a dispute over whether a minor could ride a skateboard in a basketball court in a public park.

The alleged shooter reportedly had a concealed weapon permit. He is charged with manslaughter.

The video is some very interesting insight into what my fiancé does. She's a PhD Clinical Psychologist that focuses on play therapy with kids of victims, specifically domestic violence, but related nonetheless.

Some people shouldn't live near a public basketball court and/or playground. I'm another one of them.

There are seniors-only housing developments, but I suspect that someone with this kind of attitude would be going after adults for loud mufflers and crabgrass in their lawns.
