OR: Coffee stand robbery ends badly for robber

In Eugene, Oregon, Wednesday two men allegedly tried to rob a drive-through coffee stand. The robbery victim produced a weapon and fatally shot one "suspect," who was identified as a career criminal. The other "suspect" escaped.
