Richmond: Woman, 78, robbed in Walmart parking lot

In Richmond (southwest of Houston) Monday around 4 p.m., a 78-year-old woman was robbed by a knife-wielding woman who first tried to engage the victim in conversation.

The robber escaped. She is variously described as a Hispanic female, approximately 50 to 60 years of age, average build, shoulder length salt and pepper hair, wearing a long sleeve, multicolored, flower print, button up shirt or an "older," thin Hispanic female, wearing a long sleeve flowery shirt and blue jeans.
