Houston police are looking for a suspect in the murders of two homeless women and one woman who had her car towed:

They have narrowed the file to "possibly Hispanic."

A man was arrested today and accused of capital murder for the killing of one of the three women. According to news reports, he was linked to the victim by DNA evidence and confessed.
