Actually it occurred "near" the University, at apartments where students live. So, I didn't put it in "Campus Carry" section below.
There is also a very valid argument for allowing campus carry for attractive young women walking home or to their car after classes alone at night ...

Those apartments are actually owned by the university... they bought all the land in that vicinity in 2006, just after I graduated from Baylor. "Brothers Management" is a front corporation for BU to manage properties as they slowly incorporate it into their facilities. All this, of course, means that the magical Gun Free Zone Force Field© must've malfunctioned that day!
