I don’t know who decided the definition of “Mass,” but however this has been reported as of this afternoon.

Multiple people were killed in a Jacksonville shooting, officials said.

Mayor Donna Deegan, who was on the scene, confirmed that there were “a number of fatalities” following a shooting at a store, News4Jax reported.

Per the Hunter ruling, lying on a 4473 is not prosecutable.
