Sounds like these Glock switches are everywhere now.
Turks and Caicos has very strict gun laws. All guns must be licensed. Automatic weapons are illegal.

Having been there, automatic gun fire on a hotel shuttle bus didn't seem like a regular occurrence. I have to wonder if this was an assassination.

Even with the official denial, it's hard to believe that's anything but targeted. This wasn't one lone nut out shooting random people. It was multiple criminals with automatic weapons shooting at a moving hotel shuttle bus.
