Fox is hyping the importance of taking this guy alive. That part is of course understood. My question is: Will water boarding be allowed/used to extract info?

He is a US Citizen (9/11/2012). So what will MaoBama decree it? Domestic Terrorism? International Terrorism? Workplace Violence? :reddevil :banghead:

One thing for sure......more lies and tricks by the left (Eric Holder)! :mad5

No need for torture. This guy would love to talk like parrot. Most likely the judge would order him to Zip it up.

Ans: Home grown terrorism, senseless mass killer with no political affiliation. A monster who lost any sense of a human being. Defense team would claim he was a controlled dummy by his elder brother. A common trait in Eastern and Middle-Eastern siblings.

What are you basing this on?

If he decided to plea the 5th, he would have eaten his own bullet. I assume his only contact with a militant or an extremist is suspect #1.

He is a citizen.

It is not a stretch to think that if TPTB use enhanced interrogation on him, they will do the same to us when they deem it necessary. Remember, all it takes for us to be designated as domestic terrorists is the whim of government. If we approve of violating this man's rights, a citizen, regardless of his crimes, we then approve of the trampling of our rights by the same government.

So, at what point does one forfeit their citizenship and rights? Does joining forces with those that have declared war on the United States of America and then carry out the methods of those that have declared war on us do it?

Does not matter, if he on US soil, most likely Federal court is available. The wana-bee joker of Colorado what forces did he join, other than the evil one of his mind?!

First off, I'm still developing my thoughts on this.

I see these as two different scenarios. One never said or indicated any affiliation or association and the other did. One was Muslim that committed terrorist acts and there are reports of al gaeda ties. Completely different in my mind.
