If you're saying "fail" based on the accounts, I agree with you. I'm skeptical it played out the way it was reported, but it might also be true that it did.

I say it does not look good from the off, but final judgement is being with held. The media is going to feed us lies and obfuscations at every turn so I will wait on passing judgement.

Police said they did not expect to file charges against the customer, but were searching for the alleged beer bandits.

If the thieves were stealing Coors, for instance, it would be wrong for the the customer to open fire. Michelob Light, however, might be just cause. :mrgreen:
