A usually reliable source informs me pepper spray is very effective at discouraging flashers.

Why are you comparing apples to oranges? I'm pretty certain you can see a difference in INTENT between your examples and the individual in the original story.Oldgringo wrote:Umm, how 'bout the kid who got a $2,500 fine/ticket for peeing in his yard the other day and/or nearly nekid tatooed wimmen out in public dressed to titillate? My un-lawyered opinion & worth every bit you paid for it.

I have no sympathy for people who break into cars but that doesn't mean I'm allowed to shoot them.Heartland Patriot wrote:My ability to have any sympathy for these sorts of people has diminished to a near-zero level.

What is the intent of the flasher, HP? I've never been flashed, to the best of my memory.Heartland Patriot wrote:Why are you comparing apples to oranges? A pretty women who has 90-95% of her body exposed and someone who is in his speedo (not on the beach) should be treated the same. Indecent exposure for some and morally acceptable for others (i.e. in liberal societies) . I would not go further than that and start suggesting what is not under the that skinny black dress...
