That's an insult to the animal kingdom. I would love to be Gods instrument of punishment for low-life like him. All I can see is my teenage daughter being assaulted like that. The law better catch him before her father. :mad5 :cup:

Send him to KSA, maybe his punishment is to break the bones of his fist, real good. NO Treatment. If amputation is recommended for any medical reason, so be it.

I'm not sure what is KSA, but they could put the guy is a boxing ring and let the boxers use him as a punching bag.

seeing that makes my blood boil.

a similar incident happened in Austin, TX about a year ago... a young woman was walking down the sidewalk and was attacked in the same manner, by a large male from behind... the man took her purse and ran off - not sure if they ever caught him, though.

makes me want to be a superhero.

About 25 years ago, a loose organization of middle-aged male athletes used to run in Balboa Park here in San Diego, at noon.

One day while a group of 5 or 6 of us were jogging across the Laurel Street Bridge, we saw a fellow run up behind a young woman maybe 25-30 yards ahead, give her a big old grab. She screamed, the guy took off running. One of our group was a Navy Cross recipient Marine officer who picked up the pace a bit, and when he got abeam the perpetrator, without breaking stride, he hauled off and whacked the fellow on the side of his head so hard it knocked him over the railing. Luckily for the perp, we had almost reached the end of the bridge so the fall into the weeds was not that far.
Luckily, I have enough willpower to control the driving ambition that rages within me.

They made a movie about that, which I can't name here because there's profanity in its title.
