At 6:19 p.m., officers responded to a report of a shooting at a corner variety store at Hutchinson and Somerset Streets in Fairhill and found a man with several gunshot wounds in his upper torso, said Chief Inspector Scott Small.

As they were trying to help the woman, a 22-year-old man appeared in a doorway "within feet" of the officers and pointed a gun at them, Small said.

Three officers fired, and the man was hit once in the chest. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

So, store owner shoots BG and gets multiple hit. Three officers shoot a BG "within feet" of him and only manage one hit. What's wrong with that picture.
