A group of children singing songs and waiting in a summer camp lunch line were shot by a individual shooting at someone else.

Of course this is all a fabrication as guns are illegal in Washington DC, everyone knows that.

I am guessing the criminalls haven't learned they can't use guns there yet. They must leave there gun at home.

So is this just a coincidence, two shooting incidents in different cities involving children. One in Washington DC the other in Chicago.

Both cities with draconian gun control laws.
