Doesn't seem real smart. I doubt this will happen again.

That's the thing that made me the most nervous about taking our CHL class. After the shoot you HAD to take your gun and lock it in your car. Won't take long for the BGs to know what's happening and get some guns via the same 'smash and grab'.

Could make for a very bad day when a customer catches them, or the store workers. Not to smart to target a gun store when most the costumers are armed

Did the cars have marks or paint spots on the tires?

I surprised we haven't seen more of this at 30.06 locations.

Ya gotta admit, they were pretty bold to target a Gun Store/Range! Bold or Stupid.......

Especially the BGs knowing that you will be sitting in class for the next 4 hours.

I don't think crooks are that smart. Sounds like an inside job to me.

Isn't this the same GS where a "customer" left child(ren) in a car while he went inside to "shop"?
Film was on news.

Not everyone has to return it to their vehicle. Only the first timers. At least in the classes I've been in. I've carried in both of my renewals.

A good BG could tell the renewals from the newbies.

Sure thing. It would be easy enough, but you never know when someone that is armed will come walking out of that shop. I'm gonna go with bold and stupid.

I carried in my class, even though it was my first Texas class.

Before anyone gets excited, I had a valid license from another state recognized in Texas. However, I was also picking up my Texas CHL as part of establishing residency.
