ROSENDALE, N.Y. (AP) - Authorities say a 28-year-old man in upstate New York has been charged with driving his motorcycle at nearly 200 mph on a highway in the rain :banghead:

I love the last line
It couldn't be immediately determined if he had a lawyer.
Well, he better find one with 14 tickets. ;-)

Sometimes, you just have to sit back and let "natural selection" run it's course. It helps clean up the gene pool.

It wasn't me. I sold mine last week.
I am not and have never been a LEO. My avatar is in honor of my friend, Dallas Police Sargent Michael Smith, who was murdered along with four other officers in Dallas on 7.7.2016.

I am well acquainted with that stretch of road, it is two lanes single direction, limited access with no exits for a long stretch. I have been a passenger in a car doing 150 or so there, on dry pavement, and I was very nervous.

Will not hold up in court, one it was raining and two it was a estimation because there is not enough surface of a bike to get an accurate reading. A m/c when hit by radar will fluctuate and read different speeds

I have beat these tickets a bunch of times unless he admits it won't stick
Some parents say it is toy guns that make boys warlike. But give a boy a rubber duck and he will seize its neck like the butt of a pistol and shout "Bang!"......George Will

Maybe he was clocked by laser. He is an idiot and hopefully he won't kill anyone before he kills himself.

What's "it was raining" got to do with it not holding up? And if you've beat a bunch of "193 mph in the rain" tickets, I've got one question for you........ARE YOU CRAZY?

Isn't a laser even less reliable in the rain?

It won't matter. The defendant has already proven himself mentally incompetent to stand trial. They would have a better chance of prosecuting him for attempted suicide. :biggrinjester:
