I am well acquainted with that stretch of road, it is two lanes single direction, limited access with no exits for a long stretch. I have been a passenger in a car doing 150 or so there, on dry pavement, and I was very nervous.
Will not hold up in court, one it was raining and two it was a estimation because there is not enough surface of a bike to get an accurate reading. A m/c when hit by radar will fluctuate and read different speeds

What's "it was raining" got to do with it not holding up? And if you've beat a bunch of "193 mph in the rain" tickets, I've got one question for you........ARE YOU CRAZY?

It won't matter. The defendant has already proven himself mentally incompetent to stand trial. They would have a better chance of prosecuting him for attempted suicide.
