It must have occurred because California does not limit the number of 10 round magazines a law abiding citizen may carry.

The suspect turned himself in, he stopped at the mall and told citizens he just shot few people. Yahooooo, much easier for the cops to find him. It costs too much to fund the PDs in CA.

"sounded like fire crackers" I guess most people have never heard a gunshot. But its never a gunshot always something else. To me your on a school campus, its going to be a gunshot.

Police captured the suspected gunman inside an Alameda grocery store five miles away from the shooting site at Oikos University after he allegedly walked to the customer service counter and told employees, "I just shot some people.
