Mr. Burlar was having a very bad day. Highlights from the article:
... attempting to break-in ... surprised by a resident
... advised by dispatch that a male suspect, who previously had a sawed off shotgun, was fleeing the scene, naked, on a skateboard, ...
... attempting to flee ... angry citizens ... attempted to detain him ... briefly got away, but lost his clothes in the process, before fleeing on a skateboard.
... When police activated the blue lights, the vehicle took off before coming to a complete stop moments later because it ran out of gas
Unsurprisingly:
...previously convicted of assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury and carry concealed weapon in 2009; and receiving a stolen vehicle, break and enter vehicles, failure to stop for a school bus, operating a vehicle without license, communicating threats and receiving stolen goods in 2007...

What happened to the shotgun? How exactly did he ended up naked while fleeing from the "angry citizens" that detained him? Where did he get a skateboard? Did he brought it or he found/stole it? If he had a car, why he needed the skateboard?ELB wrote:Mr. Burlar was having a very bad day. Highlights from the article:
