No, no, it would have caused an ESCALATION of violence! Haven't you heard a thing the Brady Center has said?
Sarah Brady is a piece of worthless trash who has shamelessly exploited (or more likely manipulated to do so) a personal tragedy. She defifles the name of a great TV family I grew up with.

That being said, most of us are for more likely to encounter bad guys in this manner than through robbery, home invasion, or other crimes, and the chances are good that no shots would need to be fired. In this case, I truly believe a gun in level-headed hands would have saved a life.
Yep... I would have shot the moron! The minute he hit me I would have turned, drawn and fired my weapon!

"As police tried to separate the two men, they noticed the 42-year-old was having trouble breathing and called paramedics. The man was taken to Memorial Hermann Southeast Hospital, where he was pronounced dead."

That hospital is a LONG way from where this incident took place. There are plenty of hospitals MUCH closer including the entire Med Center which is literally the world's largest medical center. I guess they didn't think it was serious?? Strange.

Actually Scott that was the closest appropriate facility to where the incident took place, it is closer than the tub in the med center and there are no other hospitals in the area so therefore the Medics made the proper decision.

ok editied to respond to Scott having a brain short, yea its all good. :thumbs2:

Haha. My mistake.

I just deleted this huge post explaining how far away the hospital was compared to Taub and Memorial SE!

Somehow, when I first read this I interpreted it as Memorial SW.

My bad. I fail reading comprehension 101.

I could not for the life of me understand why they took him all the way over to Southwest.
