I know if I lived in this area I would have a gun close by at all times......but then again I have a gun close by and I live in a quiet suburban neighborhood.
Not sure why the KHOU staff called the individual a "Homeowner" since it happened at an apartment....

It's must be one of those journalist plug-and-play words, such as:

Homeowner
Suspect
Brandish/brandished/brandishing
Assault rifle

I agree...it IS being reported a lot these days. Not that that's a bad thing. ;-)

Perhaps the spell checker didn't like "resident" and kept trying to change it to President :lol:
