So....

The moral of the story is that anytime anyone is willing to use unlawful force to take your possessions, it's because they need whatever they are taking more than you do, and, it is perfectly justifiable to use unlawful force to take items from people, as long as you think you need it more than they do.

Got it....

Who's going to get close enough to check for breath? Just reholster when you're out of ammo and need to switch to the backup in your ankle holster.
