If anyone finds out what firehouse he's posted to, please let me know. I want to bake the man a cake.
(2nd thought, I'll ask my wife to do it. I wouldn't want to cause any undue harm to a firefighter ).

NO. Only if they are a Fire Marshall. Fire marshals are certified peace officers in Texas.ninemm wrote:A fireman can conceal carry without a CHL? Is that right?
I won't be wronged, I won't be insulted, and I won't be laid a hand on.
I don't do those things to other people and I require the same of them.

Anyone can be sued for anything, the judge is who determines it to be valid and the cost to defend a pointless lawsuit is less then a paid leave.MedicMan218 wrote:The city can't be sued any more than my boss or yours for things that happen while off duty.

Sad but true. I know some people are just out to make a quick buck. I guess what I should have said is that it would be stupid to try to sue the city of Keller.....but then again some parts of society aren't all that bright to begin with.suthdj wrote:Anyone can be sued for anything, the judge is who determines it to be valid and the cost to defend a pointless lawsuit is less then a paid leave.MedicMan218 wrote:The city can't be sued any more than my boss or yours for things that happen while off duty.
