Another great example of what NOT TO DO when you have a CHL. 1st, he gave CHASE when the offender was driving off. Next, he drew his gun on someone when his life was not in danger..

I vote for CHL revocation for this guy. He is obviously a hot-head who has no business carrying a weapon. I wonder if he had not had the gun on him, if he would have acted in the same manner. If he would have acted differently without the gun, that proves to me that he feels "enabled" to give chase to total strangers, and to brandish his weapon whenever he feels the need. This guy should not be representative of the rest of us.

At this point it looks like the guy with the oatmeal won. He didn't get shot or go to jail.
