A witness reported "two quick bursts of gun fire" , "did not see another car leave the scene", The story reported " a car rolled up next to him at a stoplight", "semi automatic gunfire" , "numerous shell casings on the ground".

As fast as I think I can shoot, I cannot make a semi automatic pistol sound like a "burst".

Shell casing on the ground and not seeing a car leave the scene, to me is a shooter on foot.

Very very sad incident, my condolences to his family and friends.

A very troubling incident. Not sure if I have ever read of something like this outside of Mexico.
