College e-mail about Jared Loughner published

The Arizona Republic newspaper sued Pima Community College in Tucson, Arizona, under the local version of their freedom-of-information act for records related to Jared Loughner. Some 255 e-mail messages were published today (and are worldwide news). They portray widespread concern about Loughner's bizarre, disruptive, and sometimes threatening behavior—which reportedly included arguing about the answers to simple arithmetic questions.

Apparently a college police officer had e-mailed BATFE asking for "gun information" about Loughner. The response from a BATFE agent was "I did not come up with any gun info on this guy. Let me know if you need anything else."
