In Corpus Christi today police received a second-hand report that a resident had shot a man in his garage. The police initially could not locate the reported shooting. A SWAT team locked down part of a neighborhood and nearby school.
When the supposed shooter was found, he had not shot anyone and was not armed. He surrendered to police and was charged with possession of marijuana.
