Rosenberg Man Assaults Three Youths with Car

A 19-year-old Rosenberg resident was after intentionally hitting a juvenile with his car following “an exchange of gestures” between the suspect and the victim and his two friends. According to reports three youths were exchanging hostile gestures with Roper Allen Fojtik who was driving and the juveniles were on foot. Following the exchange, Fojtik turned around and drove towards the three juveniles. Two of the youths were able to avoid being hit, but the third was struck by the car.

I was just minding my own business driving downtown on Louisiana a few weeks ago there was no traffic and it was in the middle of a weekday.
I maybe was going only 27 mph or so listening to Michael Berry and enjoying his comedy, when a car pulled up behind me then went around (its all one way) as they went by a teenager got half out side the car and gave me the bird.

Because I was already laughing from Michael, I smiled back at them as they drove off.

Maybe it was the same kids.

A temper is something you need to keep under control especially if your carrying.
