Houston: Driver shot in road rage incident crashed into home

Very sad. Maybe the shooters and victim knew each other? I dont understand why he didnt call 911 instead of his business partner. Something sounds shady.

I don't know why people call friends or relatives in emergencies instead of 911, but they do.

It would not have made a difference in this case anyway.

This week a Cary Grant lookalike who is already in prison for unrelated crimes was charged with this murder. Two other suspects were identified.

The victim apparently did nothing illegal and did not know the suspects.

This guy is in the slammer for now, but you and your loved ones drive the same streets as these thugs daily.

I literally drove down that road yesterday on the way to Fry's for some inkjet photo paper. First time I had been on that street in over a year. The was another shooting there recently:

Stay off Bellfort west of Gessner. I literally can't think of a reason to go there. Probably west of Fondren if you don't have a good reason.

Yes, driving from the Sugar Land portion of the street into the Houston portion, I quickly remembered why I avoid that street.
