Authorities have charged an 18-year-old male and a 17-year-old girl with aggravated kidnapping and rape, accused of taking part in a rape and robbery at the Channelview High School Football Stadium last weekend.

Jerricho O'Neal Prince and Mercedez LeShion Jones, who also are charged with aggravated robbery, remain in the Harris County Jail in lieu of $90,000 bail each.
Will they be prosecuted for having a gun at school? Or is that only illegal for crime victims?

But will they be charged with having a gun at school?
Once the DA reviews all of the circumstances, probably yes.
