Based on the info at this point, it seems that a 91 year-old man had previously given money to a younger man (on their broadcast, Channel 11 reported that he was 30, I think - couldn't find the story on their web page), who returned last night, demanding more money. They struggled, and the 91 year-old got control of one of his guns and shot the younger man in the head.

Unless somthing else comes out it sounds like the 91 year old shot a thug that was trying to get more money from him.

The Fox report sounds a lot like the story I heard on Channel 11 this morning, but couldn't find a link to on their website.
I still have to shake my head with the way the media reports things like this...

There is no way, in my mind, that an intruder who goes into someone else's home demanding money, tries to grab one of the homeowners guns - presumably to use against the homeowner - and then get's shot, should be characterized as a "victim". At the very least, he is "an alleged intruder"."We believe he (the 91-year-old man) may have given this man (the shooting victim) some money before and this young man came back possibly seeking some more funds."
