Although I am a serial offender in that thread ( :oops: ), I agree with you that it would be nice to have comprehensive Ignore capabilities here. :lol:

I've been unable to help new users get an account and unable to help old users reset passwords, so, I'm betting that an Ignore feature is a long way off.
