I know some folks like John Correia’s analysis, and some don’t - I for one enjoy his take on many topics, but I’ve disagreed with some aspects of his analysis at times.
Well, the case is done now in Kenosha, so he has put together an analysis of the tactics and actions during the Rittenhouse engagement. I thought it’s worth a share here:

Your best option for personal security is a lifelong commitment to avoidance, deterrence, and de-escalation.

Rittenhouse was very lucky, he only shot when necessary and hit other assailants in self-defense.
Being there armed at night with no backup was not a good idea in the first place. Legal, yes. Good idea, maybe not.
