Wow another tragedy. What’s crazy is there is a video going around where the perp was pretending to be a sheriffs officer and tried to get students to open the door. He made a critical mistake though. He used the word “bro” when talking and they knew it couldn’t be a sheriff using that language. Smart kids to pick up on that.

They should just dispatch this piece of crap on the spot.

Hmmmmm Making a firearm accessible to a child (under 17) without supervision is a Class C Misdemeanor in Texas and then, if the child discharges the firearm and injures or kills someone, the adult can be charged with a Class A Misdemeanor, but there are exceptions. The second part is probably not strong enough in my opinion, but it is still a criminal charge. Wonder if Michigan has a similar law

Two words could have prevented this. GUN SAFE If you have young kids or teens and don't keep your guns locked up, YOU ARE AN IDIOT who doesn't belong owning firearms.
