I feel it's wrong to require membership in the NRA to join a gun club. I feel this is a violation of my right to choice. Then they will probably want you to buy all your ammo from them (usually at inflated prices). Then you will have to buy all your targets from them. Don't you pick up your brass, once it hits the ground it's ours. Those kind of rules blow. That's why I picked a nice little range out in the country. No rules just fun (except safety rules).

I joined the "Let's Shoot" gun club today. Nice facility for Amarillo. This is just a range. They do not sell ammo, targets, or anything else. You're free to pick up your own brass or any other brass laying around. You're free to pick up lead in the sand trap as well. The membership includes family that live in the same house (wife, kids). I like the facility and hope to frequent it often.

LSGC.ORG doesn't seem to work. I accessed the club via letsshootgunclub.com..

Looks interesting, maybe I will see you there!
