Long range steel within 3 hours of Houston?

Okay so I built a lovely AR, 20" with the Primary Arms 6x ACSS. It's a great fun gun.
What I'd love to do is shoot steel targets at 100-700 yards or anywhere in between. I just want to hear that ring a ding ding of rounds hitting steel long range.
Anyone know of anywhere I can either bring my own targets or pay to play at that range?
I work weekends, so it would have to be during the week.
TIA

Best of the West is just northwest of Austin. They go out to 1000 yards.

Best of the West has steel at 250, 500, 750, and 1000 yds. You must "qualify" with the RO if you haven't engaged long distance targets before. They're not really keen on people attempting to hit the 1000yd steel plates with a 5.56mm AR-15. Offhand. With 10 MPH crosswind. Using iron sights.

You have to qualify to shoot on those ranges.

I thought Bayou Rifles has a 1000 yard range, but I guess they are not public.
