Fun for all

You long timers remember the time my cancer Dr. slapped me on the side & found my carry. New folks read "Got Busted. Hilarious" in the General CHL forum back in Aug. of 06.

Every visit since then he has asked me if I had a gun. Last time he wanted to hold it. This time he wanted to set a day to shoot it. Today was his only opportunity for about 2 weeks. I rearranged a few things & we went to the range. Dr. his wife, & his Mother-in-law. His wife had taken some instruction from a CHL instructor here. He had shot, "one pistol, three bullets I think."

They shot a Smith 642, Baretta Storm 9mm, Kimber Pro.
They had a ball. Shot quit well for starters. Want to go back again.
Home made circle targets-free
Reloaded ammo-$10.00
Seeing new shooters thrilled w/ their target-priceless.

That's awesome LT!

I need to find some more people who don't know much about guns. It's hard to do out here in Lubbock.

That's what it's all about - evangelization!
The last train out of any station will not be filled with nice people.

Remember Newton and Azrak.

I'm really glad to hear that.
talking to Dr's where I work is, well.... difficult.
I think it's great you were able to take the oppurtunity to do that.

That is very encouraging, LT!

The NRA & TSRA are a bargain; they're much cheaper than the cold, dead hands experience.

Good job, LT. Glad to hear that the good doc was so understanding of your CHL and CCW at the time, keep working on him.
