has anyone joined lately? i was told back in late 2009 i was 254 on the waitlist. i just sent an email to check progression. jsut wondering how long i could expect to be on the list. thanks.

I was put on that list back on October. Still waiting.

I waited about a year before in got in. It was worth the wait.

Correct.

All existing members have until the end of this month to renew their club membership. The club is holding firm to this deadline and anyone who has not renewed by Apr 30 will be dropped from the membership roster. This means that some slots will be opening up soon and will allow new members to join. At the last board meeting early this month, it was announced that close to 100 existing members had not renewed, however, that was at the beginning of the month and I expect that number to get smaller as the deadline approaches.

Keep your hopes up as the club works its way through the list against our membership cap. The club has considered raising the cap, but it has been recorded that at various times throughout the day, all the bays are fully utilized. Until new range facilities have been built, it appears unlikely that the cap can be raised, and the new range facilities will not happen overnight.

Keep in mind that although new memberships are limited, non-members are still welcome to come out and participate in our competition matches and if you can find a friend who is a member, you can get him to bring you out. See Dallas Pistol Club for a schedule of all our matches.

I renewed, but we did not renew my wife's associate membership, so at least one more slot will be available.

I shoot at DPC as guest.
How much is the membership? As a member, Do we have access to steel, stands and brown targets

I have received your e-mail to be placed on the waitlist.

The earliest new members will be accepted is June 2013. The number of new members

Allowed to join will depend on how many people do not renew their dues each year.


If you want to see our facility the best time is the day a match is scheduled;

The front gate is closed to non-members during the weekday;

The front gate is open most of the day during a match on Saturday or Sunday;

You can just watch a match or come after the match is over(bring ear & eye protection)

And someone will give you a tour;

If you have the necessary equipment for a match

Non-members are allowed to shoot in matches, the cost is $ 15.00 .

Bullseye match costs $ 20.00;

It would be best to watch a match first so you can talk to people and find out the

Equipment required and number of magazines needed for a match;


Our matches take 3 – 4 hours to complete;

got a reply telling it will be next year I am #149 on the list

I'm #351 on the list. They said June 2012 would be the earliest!
