Brownwood/Early

I've noticed a shooting range east of Brownwood, south of Early on 2126. Appears to be a club range of some sort, the sign is too old to pass along any information. Can anybody tell me more about this?

I have been told that the guys at weakly-watsons sporting goods department is who you need to talk to about shooting out there. Theres also a range out past the state school as well that I have shot at once.
