Bass Pro Range in Grapevine Closed until June 21

Pbandjelly and I met up at Bass Pro early this morning and found out the range is closed until next Thursday. I guess it's scheduled maintenance. :roll:

I'm glad you posted this. I was going to go this week!

One of my relatives works there and people keep shooting the target holders off. Most ranges will charge you for them, but Bass Pro doesn't. As a result, they get a lot of really bad shooters in there.

Ha-ha! A lot of those target holders were in bad shape. The last time I went, I ran a target out to 25 feet and when it stopped, the target gently floated to the floor. I thought about blasting the holder :twisted: but didn't.

Yeah, when I had called last week to see if they were open, the operator said they were doing a major renovation. hmmm.
