Hey - when are you guys going to update the podcast? The couple that you have posted were great but I haven't seen any updates. Thanks and keep up the good work.

An actual, even-handed, 3-minute piece just aired on KPRC Channel 2 Houston about increasing volumes of CHL license applications and gun sales, reported by Phillip Mena while at Shiloh Shooting range. My ol' Farnam trainin' buddy, Jeff Sanford, did a great job in the interview. Must be all that experience he's gotten doing Guns Over Texas radio.

Last couple of times I've been to Shiloh I haven't seen Jeff or Steve. I need to get by there again soon to say, "hi," and shoot a few rounds...

I was home on R&R last month and did quite a bit of shooting at Shiloh. It was my first time to shoot there and it is a great place to shoot. It was clean, well lit, and temp was comfortable. I renewed my CHL while there and the instructors were great. I look forward to returning in November and will definately visit there many times while home.

Glad to see that people like Jeff who own/operate businesses that we frequent are astute enough to come on here and prove that they are willing to listen to their customers. When I get mistreated and speak about it here, on Facebook, or in private with friends...I know that it impacts the business. The old cliche' about a satisfied customer will tell a few, but a mad one will tell many is very true (unfortunately). It comes from the mentality that has made many businesses successful...the customer is always right. It doesn't matter if there was a difference in perception...the customer's perception is reality and you have to make it right. It costs very little for Jeff to offer a range pass as a peace offering...whereas if he ignores the problem, it mushrooms in forums like these and potentially costs him thousands. Smart and Right. Way to go Jeff. I don't live near Houston, but if I did, I'd be at that range!
