Action Shooting: Houston Area?

Anyone have any recommendations on an inexpensive outdoor place to practice action shooting in the Houston area? Drawing, moving while shooting, that kind of thing.
I know of a few places like PSC that have action shooting lanes... but you need to be a member (I believe) but are there more?

I recommend getting involved with an IDPA or USPSA club. The matches are a great opportunity to develop your skills and most have practice opportunities on a regular basis.
