I have posted previously in years past of ms gamboolgals father, Mr. Beam, who was in he 101st. He was in the original group at Toccoa, GA all the way thru the war and was in every battle.
The photo below is a one of him at Nuremberg where he was on Eisenhower's Honor Guard and also escorted many of the Nazi prisoners to / from the Trials and some to the Gallows.
