The OC banners in California are idiots.

When citizens denied CCW permits in CA sued in the past, the judges ruled that they weren't denied their rights under the US or California constitutions because they could still fall back on OC. Now that OC is illegal, those court opinions will be revisited and they will have to either bring back OC or go to 'shall issue'.

Plus, all of the OC activists will just revert to carrying long guns. If somebody was wetting their pants at the sight of a holstered sidearm, wait until they see the slung rifles and shotguns :)
