As the pic is posted, at that moment, if someone in the middle lane were to turn right, it would be a violation, as a red stop and go signal is displayed. The green arrow applys to the far right lane and means that they do not have to come to a complete stop.

That being said, if the right lane is right turn only, who cares if the middle lane turns right as well. :roll:

In my opinion a violation occurred, but good lord! I would have done it too. You should not have to sit there and disect the signage like a Shakespearian play.

I hope she gets off. I would rather use my time more wisely than stroking somebody for that one. Ex. Read my new issue of Guns and American Handgunner.
