Not sure if you're a member there (you need to be a member to see for sale ads) or if it's what you're looking for but when I saw it I remembered this thread.
"Selling basically a brand new Rock Island VZ Tactical 9MM 1911 5" barrel. Gun has had about 25 rounds through it and shoots great I just shoot my Glock more. Paid $600 and will let go for $450 No trades."

Re: 9mm 1911 opinions
is anyone else making tcm ammo yet or is it still just arsmcor?misterlarry wrote:The fit and function is absolutely great, couldn't ask for better. Trigger is truly excellent. The finish is Parkerized, which is not my favorite finish for a handgun but certainly of high enough quality. I've put a few hundred 22TCM through it and probably 1500 9mm. Never an issue. The grips are VZ and really allow good grip and control. Mine is a single stack model and uses a ten round magazine (all of mine are RIA or aftermarket 38 Super). Comes with high visibility front sight and a mag well. For $625, I couldn't say no. Great shooter!

yes they do like to have a giant billboard on the side of their pistols, id prefer something more lowkey myself.RoyGBiv wrote:I would probably own that gun already if it wasn't for the giant name rollmarked on the other side.Beiruty wrote:Order this 2016 model, be happy like a duck.Beiruty wrote:Check gunbroker.comFastCarry wrote:Funny, STI was the last site I was at before I left work. I'm not sure how I feel about the 2011 design however.
Any STI dealers you recommend?

I've written STI about having them make me one without that mark, but they declined.

I love my springfields and want to get myself a 9mm ro
The only 9mm 1911 I have is an ria and its rock solid, surprisingly well built for how cheap it was . I got it to be a platform to modify but still haven't gotten to it
Firing a 9mm full sized steel 1911 is really easy, minimal recoil flat shooting
What I have my eye on right now is the range officer operator in 9mm
