this is a sad example of how rebellious youth are learning the system... in particular, what a store clerk/police officer/teacher/principal/etc... can and, more importantly, cannot do in a situation like this. they've found ways to exploit the laws set in place to protect them and this has allowed them to get away with stuff like this.
