Good question, most all democrat candidates are talking some version of this but nobody is talking about going forward what would happen. Bernie wants to tax wall street investment. Going forward I guess their plan is to make all state collages free. Just like grades K-12 free unless you count the school tax on your property tax bill. We live in a little town of 6000 and school taxes on our modestly priced home run over $3,000 per year. This is a 30yr old house on less then 1/2ac. Now lets add in Medicare for all and see what happens to your taxes.

As for those who already paid their student loan, maybe they will pay reparations to these people too?
